Gabriella Roman '20 Recruiting Profile

Hi!!

My name is Gabriella Roman, I am from San Juan, Puerto Rico. I am currently a Junior student, Class of 2020, in Robinson School located in San Juan,Puerto Rico. Robinson School is the oldest private school on the island and is currently one of the only IB schools in Puerto Rico. My commitment to my career, future studies, is evident by my participation in the Diploma Programme in which i am currently taking DP Biology. In addition I am also taking AP Spanish Language and Culture class. Furthermore to my rigorous academic program i am a member of the National Honors Society (NHS) which requires many hours of service and participation.

Apart from the above mentioned school calendar I am also a very passionate volleyball player. I am currently playing as a starter, Captain and all around position holder for my school. I started playing volleyball at the age of 9 at my school and since then my coaches throughout the years have motivated me to become the player I am now.  When playing the volleyball court becomes my second home where i commit myself to preform my best.
