Lauren Lawson '18 Recruiting Profile

I am a student and an athlete and I think I can do both successfully at a college level.  I am a dedicated player who likes to work on improving my skills.  I play with confidence and I think it is important to play a smart game to ensure I am contributing to the success of my team.  I have participated in team sports since I was 4 years old.  I have played soccer, basketball, tennis and softball.  I have done gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, and swimming and at the end of it all I have discovered that I love to play Volleyball.  Obtaining a college degree is important to my future and while I am currently undecided on a major I think dedicating your time and energy to a 4 year degree says a lot about who you are as person.  My hope is that during my education process I will find something that I am as passionate about as I am about Volleyball.
