Alana Joseph '17 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5’9 Outside Hitter and junior at Oakland Mills High School in Columbia Maryland. I have been playing volleyball since the end of my 8^th grade year and can honestly say that this sport is my passion. Since discovering my love for volleyball, I have made it my mission to become more proficient in the sport by getting personal training, attending several clinics and camps. For the past three consecutive years I have played for both my high school varsity team and on elite club teams. I was a captain for my high varsity school team this year. I would love to continue my volleyball career after high school, pursuing a bachelors of science degree in biology with a pre-veterinary track and preferably at a university where I can be successful both in the classroom and on the court.
