Payton Malin '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Payton Malin, I am a 5’4 libero and I started playing volleyball in 7th grade. As soon as I started playing I knew it was my sport to play in college. I want to keep competing at a high level and continue growing in the sport I have so much love for. I bring calmness and trust on and off the court. My teammates can always count on me to stay calm during an intense moment, and I am always right there to back my teammates up. I have been 2nd team All Metro, Honorable Mention All Metro, 2 time Academic All State, 2 time Athlete Scholar Award, and we have been back to back Conference Champs. I am also involved with the varsity softball team since my freshman year, we have been Conference Champs back to back and now 2024 District Champs. I have received 1st team All Metro, 1st team All District, 1st team All Region, Honorable Mention Flint Area Dream Team, I have won 3 Athlete Scholar Awards and 3 Academic All States with my 3.83 GPA.
