Emily Schroeder '17 Recruiting Profile

I am very motivated to take my volleyball skills and experience to the next level. My goal and dream is to play college volleyball while obtaining an education in Occupational Therapy. I am a very hard worker and I always give 100%.  I am able to get along very well with others and value team work and friendships.  I learn quickly and use my mistakes as a platform to improve. I love to lead and work as a unit with my coaches and teammates. 

As a student, I get good grades and never slack on my education.  I am open to asking for help when needed.  My family unit is strong and very supportive.  My parent are my biggest cheerleaders! 

I have loved the game of volleyball since I started playing in 3rd grade.  I love it so much, that even getting hit by a car this past fall couldn't keep me away.  Ask me about it.
