Annabelle Basham '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Annabelle Basham. I am about to start my senior year at Holly High School in Holly, Michigan. I am also dual enrolled at University of Michigan-Flint. I am a triple Varsity athlete (Volleyball, Basketball, and Track) and a member of the National Honors Society. I have been playing volleyball, both in school and club, since seventh grade and was the captain of my Freshman team my Freshman year and Varsity team my junior  and senior year. I hope to follow in my mom's footsteps and join the nursing profession, eventually getting my doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia Practice. If my friends were to describe my character they would probably describe me as a bit goofy, but driven. When I have a goal in mind I tend to work hard to achieve it. I enjoy being a part of a team because of the friendships that can be made. I grew up with both parents in the military so I have learned to adapt well to change and I believe this is a strength on and off the court.
