Lydia Nash '20 Recruiting Profile

Volleyball has always been something I have been very passionate about. It is more than just a sport, it is apart of me. When I first started pIaying in 4th grade, it was very frustrating, but the drive to work harder and harder to improve my skills struck me. I knew playing volleyball was what I wanted to do. It would be such an amazing opportunity to be able to play in college. 

Starting high school volleyball and playing for numerous clubs has taught me so much. It has taught me that losing will always happen and to always work your hardest. Winning the Crossfire tournament for ClubTonka my freshman year showed me to never given up trying and made me work twice as hard since then.

I have learned character, true hard work, and being a team player. I am looking for a school that will fit me athletically and academically for my wants and goals for the future. In the classroom, I am focused and study hard to maintain my GPA. 

I have character and passion that it takes to be on your team. I am always focused in the gym and I have qualites of leadership. I try to help everyone and encourage my teammates and cheer them up. I know that I am a good fit for your school because I am one of the most passionate people you will meet and I will never give up on the sport I love.
