Cai Stautz '27 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches, thank you for taking the time to view my profile! My name is Cai and I love the sport of volleyball so much and would love to play in the future. This sport has helped me develop in so many ways, but right now I'm just going to talk about three aspects of sport that I excel at. First, this sport has made me a team player. I will always hype up my teammates no matter what, because they are like my family. You always need to be willing to get your teammates out of their slump and not only focus on your success but theirs. Next, I want to say I am one of the most determined people you will find. I never want to give up on anything and will always fight for what I want. This includes academics as well, I'm not quite sure what I want to do yet but that is pushing me to take harder classes, help me strive for whatever I want to do in the future. Lastly, I want to say that I am very coachable/adaptable, I am always willing to take criticism, and I am able to learn how to change quickly and on the spot. These traits have helped me grow in so many ways and I can't wait to continue to get better.
