Alena Moldan '19 Recruiting Profile

Playing Libero at a high college level is my goal.  My senior season at Lakeville South High School just concluded with my team finishing third in the state tournament. In addition, I received All-Conference in the South Suburban Conference as well as All-State, All-State Academic, and State All-Tournament team. This Club season I will be playing for Minnesota One on the 18-1's as the Libero.

Recent highlights include scoring the number one agility score for all Libero / DS at the Kansas City Combine.  This included all age levels for that position and all six combines that were held throughout the country.  One week later, I was chosen for USA Volleyball and trained in the Summer at Colorado Springs.

Throughout my six years of playing volleyball at a competitive level, I have learned leadership, teamwork, and commitment. These things have formed me into a better athlete and a superior student. I am looking for a college that will well suit my athletic goals as well as my academic needs. I believe that I am fully capable of playing at a high college level, as well as having a great work ethic and attitude.
