Volleyball isn't just a sport for me. It has been a huge part of my life and it has helped me grow into the person I am today. Being in a space where I can work hard and learn has helped me out of many difficult times in my life, especially when COVID hit. It was my only motivator. I love being around my teammates and celebrating them and their accomplishments. I love to learn and I want to become better at every little aspect of volleyball. I love when coaches give me a lot of feedback. I'm always itching to get back on the court. Volleyball fills me up. It's a part of my identity. I'm very passionate about volleyball and I never want to give up. Any opportunity I get to play, I will give my everything. I'm in love with every part of the game. I've learned a lot about myself through this sport, and I wish to continue that so I can become a better person overall. I can see myself playing volleyball, whether competitively or not, for the rest of my life. Many of my friendships were created through volleyball, and they're incredibly important to me. I also like learning about things in school, and when I'm really interested, I can do pretty awesome things. I also like to help others and lift them up rather than tear them down. As a teammate, I know how how important that is. That's a skill I'll be using for the rest of my life, along with many of the others I have learned from playing volleyball.
