Leah Eveland '28 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coaches! My name is Leah Eveland, varsity DS/setter, graduating class of 2028. I am a three sport athlete and volleyball is a passion. I have been on the Pine River - Backus Varsity Volleyball team for 2 seasons. This year I began the season as a DS, before we started running a 6-2 hybrid where I would typically set for 2 rotations and play DS for 1 rotation. This was my first season jump serving and I had a career high of 5 aces in 1 three set match. I love all aspects of the game, but defense is my favorite. Along with playing on the varsity team I also play volleyball on our schools 18U club team during the spring season. I have been playing volleyball since I was in 3rd grade and hope to continue my career in college after I graduate high school.
