Hayden Lucas '28 Recruiting Profile

 My name is Hayden Lucas. I've played volleyball since I was 7 years old, and I have played club volleyball since I was 10 years old. I'm very driven, and I enjoy being involved in multiple things inside and outside of school. I put my highest effort into everything I do, especially when it comes to volleyball. My work ethic, determination, communication, and leadership skills have helped me to earn the role as team-captain on every team I have played for in past club seasons. I often work with private lesson coaches during the off season; and I have a nutritional plan and mental program that I work with during the season, as well as a gym membership that I use for individual work and focuses. It has always been a dream of mine to play Volleyball at a higher-level in college, as well as achieving a degree. I believe I have many amazing qualities and traits that I will bring to a team-beyond my skills that I am always working to adjust, improve, and perfect. I'm not a quitter, as I will never give up on myself and my capabilities. I always make sure to bring my A game and high energy to everything I pursue in life, and I promise to do the same on any team I am on in the future.
