Specialized program to develop core stability, speed improvement, running form, agility, acceleration, strength training, injury prevention techniques, nutrition, and sport-specific training. She has unlimited access 9 months out of the year and limited access 3 months. She attends 3-4 times a week around tournaments and practices.
