Abby Jones '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Abby Jones and I have played volleyball since I have been 9 years old. I have watched my older sister play both volleyball and soccer since I can remember and my passion to follow my sister and fathers footsteps and play at a collegiate level is my goal. I have played club volleyball for 5 years and currently play for Rockwood Thunder as a DS/L. I also attend Incarnate Word Academy and play on the Varsity volleyball team. In addition to volleyball I was a former gymnasts and played soccer. I have decided to only focus on volleyball at this time to help me prepare to play at a collegiate level. Sports have taught me so much but most importantly how to deal with adversity, take failures and turn them into successes and to be a better team player.  My goal is to find a collegiate volleyball program that I will continue to grow as a volleyball player and individual that I can contribute my skills as both a player and individual.
