When I first started playing volleyball, I had no clue how much of an impact it would have on me. Not only physically, but socially as well. Because of volleyball, I have become more outgoing and open to new things. After my first couple of years playing, I fell in love with the sport amd haven’t stopped since.
During my freshman year, I didn’t play for my local highschool for a couple of different reasons. However in my sophomore year, I made the varsity team and I could feel myself growing as an individual and as an athlete and team player. I started playing club volleyball during my freshman year and automatically had a great experience and learned so much more about the game than I had expected to.
As a student athlete, I hope to maintain great grades and a high GPA as I have done ever since elementary school. I believe that I have the talent, dedication, responsibility and great characteristics to make a positive impact on your program.
