I've been playing Volleyball for 7 years; in those 7 years I've faced adversaries and a lot of hard lessons. In that being said, it has only made me a stronger player making me work ten times harder for my goals. Making varsity as a freshman I had very little opportunity to prove I was better than my seniors, instead this made me work on and off the court to earn the playing time I so dearly wanted. By the end of my sophomore into junior year I was the starting Libero racking up over 200 digs in one season, along with 56 aces. As my senior year rolled around, I achieved my 487 in my overall high school career making almost 387 digs in one season. I was the only person on two leaderboards for NHIAA conference with digs and 65 aces to end my senior year leaving us all the way to semifinals. Club has been no different, i worked my way up to a national team from a regional team in one season proving I could fill the shoes of my seniors during my 16U year. I absolutely love this sport and want to play at the next level working harder every practice while brining intense energy for the team I am on.
