Gabi Sott '18 Recruiting Profile

The highlight of my high school career so far was being able to achieve my 500^th kill as a junior! I could not have accomplished this goal without the support and the hard work of my amazing team. We all worked together to make it to the final four for the past three years. Our biggest challenge this season was having graduated seven seniors. We started out slow, but with dedication and determination we proved everyone wrong by developing a ten game winning streak and upsetting the undefeated #1 seed to make it to the final four.

Aside from volleyball, I am very active in other school clubs such as Campbell Athletic Leaders (CAL), Key Club, Prom Committee, Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA), and Yearbook. I also enjoy volunteering at the Anne Marie House, a home for families in transition,  which has taught me many life lessons and a true sense of appreciation for what I have.  With all of this, I have kept my priorities on my studies and maintain a very satisfactory GPA.
