Jillian Rabasco '17 Recruiting Profile

Some students have been superstars in the classroom and in athletics since they were a toddler.  I'm not that person.  I am, however,  a motivated student and athlete always challenging myself and working to the best of my ability.  I am interested in science  and enjoy  helping people so I intend to study Nursing in college.  I attend a high school with a rigorous curriculum and faith based studies that help support the development of my character as I mature.  I am a huge team player and love to cheer on my teammates , I have always been involved in many activities and sports including soccer,  basketball, and dance but fell in love with the game of volleyball in high school.  I believe my skills have improved substantially since last year due to my high school and club travel team play as well as participating in summer camps at colleges such as BC, Rivier University and UNH. I am also playing summer sand volleyball as well as taking private lessons with local college volleyball coaches.  I can balance multiple priorities as I maintain an 3.5 GPA while participating in extracurricular activities, sports, volunteer services, and work.
