Alivia Kelley '21 Recruiting Profile

My main goal has always been to play volleyball at the collegiate level as an outside hitter. Being 5’2”, I’ve had a lot of people tell me that isn’t practical, but that only made me work harder whereas other people may have given up. While I strive to reach my own goals, I always put the team’s goals before my own. I agreed to play libero my first year of varsity after spending the last 2 club seasons preparing to play outside hitter because my team needed me as libero. In addition to being a leader on the court, I lead in the classroom as well, and have been in the top 2% of my class of 403 since my freshman year.
