Megan Sweeney '21 Recruiting Profile

I started playing volleyball my freshman year of high school and instantly fell in love with the sport. I just wanted to play and get better and worked hard to get better and become the best player I can be. I love playing for my team no matter how bad a game is. We have been through our ups and down as a team but I have never given up on my team. I love to support my team and give them what they need to succeed. Helping others see the potential they have makes me feel amazing. I enjoy playing volleyball but I also like to work hard in school. I want to study meteorology and I have had a passion for it since I was younger. I also love to help volunteer with my local shelter by taking care of cats. Helping out others is one of the best things that I can do.
