Claudia Cusa '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello! I am Claudia Cusa a sophomore from Syosset, New York. I am soon starting my 3rd year of school volleyball and club. I am a well-rounded player who has a lot of knowledge and love for the sport. In my first two years of club, I was a starter, and 6 rotation player as an outside hitter, who can be used for other positions in an emergency. I have experience playing right side, as well as middle at times. I am a student as well as an athlete and take my academics very seriously. I have always dreamed of playing in college and continuing my athletic career. I am a very coachable athlete and always take what my coaches say to mind and use it to better myself on the court. I feel that having energy on the court is what leads to success and enjoy hyping up my teammates and keeping a positive outlook during the entire game. I love being with my team and creating bonds with the people I share the court with as well as share a common goal with, which is winning. I am a very competitive player and will do what I have to to win while having fun!
