Jamie Schaffer '17 Recruiting Profile

I have always dreamed of playing college volleyball and getting a good education at the same time. This has been my goal ever since I started thinking about my life after high school. I believe that I am a very coachable and athletic player. I come from an athletic family. One of my brothers played in the NFL and my other brother played Division 1 College Baseball. I have learned a lot from them because of their experiences with sports past the high school level. I work extremely hard to get better for myself, but also for my teammates and coaches. I am a leader for my teammates on the court, but also for my peers off of the court. I try to be the best role model that I can be for everyone around me. I am intelligent in the classroom and on the court. Every day, I strive to be the best player, leader, and person that I can be.
