Alexis Snyder '15 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Alexis Snyder. I play all 6 rotations for Logan High School varsity volleyball team. I am a middle hitter when in the front row, and a 6-2 setter in the back row. I was awarded 1st Team All-League, 1st Team All-District, and I played on the Division 1&2 District 13 All-Star Team. I am very athletic, as I am part of the track and field team as well. I have been captain for 2 out of the 4 years of my high school team, and I am captain for my club team. So I take on the role of leadership very well. I am also on the honor roll, and part of the National Honor Society as an ACE Rep. I was awarded All-Academic through both volleyball and track. I am someone who is willing to sacrifice myself for the team. If the coach needs me to play in a different position for a game then I will. Or if it is playing smart for the team, like setting someone who is having a great hitting game a little more than someone who is having a rough game. Or if it means hitting shots that are open, like deep corner, instead of trying to slam the ball down on the ten-foot line when someone is there. I am willing to work hard not just for myself, but for the team.
