Tia McCord '14 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'9" senior outside hitter and defensive specialist attending North Olmsted High School in North Olmsted Ohio. I have 9 years of club volleyball experience. I play for the Southwest Volleyball Club 18 Elite Team. I have started on my high school team all four years of high school. I have been awarded the toughest player award two years straight. I was an all conference honorable mention pick in 2011. I was voted to the all tournament team for the rocky river tournament the past two years. In 2012 I was 2nd team all conference and 2nd team all district. This season I was 1st team all conference and 2nd team all district.  I am captain of my high school team. I was an area player of the year candidate. I am looking for a College or University that will prepare me for a career in nursing or physical therapy. I live in Ohio but I am open to exploring schools nationally.
