Claire Neagle '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Claire Neagle, I am 16 years old and stand 6’0”. I play Outside Hitter for the U16 Elites HP team out of Barrie, Ontario, Canada and I was born and raised in Barrie. I started playing club volleyball in 2019 with the U12 Elites and I still remain on the same team. I currently go to Maple Ridge Secondary School and I just finished my second season as the captain of the Jr. Girls Volleyball team. I made the Team Ontario Regional Program in 2022 and made Team Ontario White as an Outside Hitter and had the pleasure of competing at the Ontario Summer games and the Ontario cup. I believe being a good teammate and leader is one of the most important parts of being on a volleyball team, as I believe I am a supportive teammate by listening and communicating with others. I am respectful and fully attentive when coaches are giving instruction and sharing their expertise. I am a quiet leader on the court. I set a good example for my team by being humble but aware of my abilities, to impact the outcome of a game. Traits that I as an athlete would describe myself as would be Driven, Confident, Optimistic, Committed and Passionate when it comes to on and off the court.
