Kendall Linton '25 Recruiting Profile

As we are kicking off the 2024 club season I wanted to start considering more volleyball in my future. I have always had a passion for volleyball as my mom played through high school in college, but competitive gymnastics took up most of my time. In 6th grade I lived in Florida and went to Gateway Charter School where I played for my middle school volleyball team. I never had the opportunity to play my 7th grade year due to a family event and moving back up to Delaware (12/2019). Summer of 2020 I couldn’t really play much due to covid. Summer of 2021 I started playing more consistently with a beach league. I tried out in November of 2021 and made Premier Pulse which was our 2022 15s team. This season I played all around but my strongest position was OH. I ended up needing to take the 2023 season off due to a back injury but after a lot of physical therapy was able to play beach volleyball again this past summer. Playing with adults much older than me and a lot more strength than me helped me improve my defensive skills immensely. I am currently on Premier Tsunami (17s). 

Once I moved back up to Delaware I did not play for my highschool team and ended up switching to virtual school by Penn Foster after finishing my freshman year at Cape Henlopen. I now just play club and beach league.
