Adrianna Ocasio '20 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing volleyball since I was four years old. Since I was  little I have seen my sister play and also was playing volleyball with her. Now I aspired to play at the collegiate level. Playing in a collage that is in USA is a big dream for me and my family because I'm the first one who is willing to study and play outside Puerto Rico.

Since four years old I have played almost every position in volleyball, the only position that I have not played is libero.  In court I always try to encourage my teammates to play with the same level of intensity and to always enjoy the game regardless of what might happens.

In school I always study hard to have a high GPA because I love learning and trying new things. 

I want to attend to a collage that I can push myself in classroom and in court because being a great athlete and a great student is really hard. I am open to all the options until I find the collage that I want. From this experience I hope I can become a roll model to my sister and brother and also to make my family and parents proud in investing time and money for me to go to college.
