Amelia González Acosta '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I’m Amelia. I was in the National Youth Team U18 of Puerto Rico for the  World Championship held in Durango, Mexico in September 2021. I’ve been playing since I was 7 years old and all my life I played middle hitter. Throughout my whole college experience I want to focus on my getting my bachelor‘s degree in Physical therapy and Athletic training ining but also  reach my full potential as a volleyball player in any position any coach would like me to be.

I am a very open minded person when it comes to what everyone says and wants me to do in the game. I pay close attention to my opponents, I'm very supportive and respectful to my teammates, for whom I deeply care for and love to work as a team and be united with my teammates.
