Liana Smoot '20 Recruiting Profile

I would really love to go to college along the East or West coasts 1) because I love the beach and the atmosphere of the cities and 2) because I'm interested in studying marine biology, aquatic science and/or coastal resources. I'm very dedicated, ambitious, and I always chase my goals. When I love something I fight for it. My grades stay pretty high, every once in a while I'll get a "B" but I don't stress about it. My character and attitude is what differs me from other recruits because I'm positive, I'm always trying to help out on and off the court, I am always giving 100 percent, and when I play, I play with heart. Usually when I mess up, I do my best to fix the mistakes I make. I'm very athletic, not only to stay in shape for volleyball but also because I love moving around and being outdoors.
