Personal Statement

I have been playing volleyball since I was in 2nd grade and I have been passionate about it ever since. My goal is to play volleyball at the college level and hopefully beyond! I’m always willing to do what it takes to succeed and work hard.  I know where my strengths and weaknesses are and will do everything I can to correct them.  I listen to my coaches when they instruct me so I can keep improving my skills.

  • Led by Ollie Guidry, former NFL and D1 athlete trainer, I have been training with Boost training, combining Coach Ollie's knowledge of smart training with advanced fitness techniques to improve my jumping, hitting power and overall athleticism. My vertical has continued to improve every year with his workout as well as my strength and endurance.
