Leah Gardner '23 Recruiting Profile

Since my first season of playing club volleyball, I knew that I wanted to play this sport for as long as I could. I have aspirations to go to a school that offers both a competitive volleyball program and a strong science program.   People describe me as a "lamb" off the court and a "stallion" on the court! I am very coachable, open to feedback, and a team player who strives to encourage others and keep team morale high.  With a 4.0 GPA, I work diligently to balance athletics and academics.  As the oldest child of four kids, a college scholarship is a necessity.  I want to set a great example of hard work and sportsmanship for my 3 younger brothers!
