Ashley Mireles '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ashley Mireles and I am from Georgetown, Texas which is a little north of Austin. I have had six years of cub experience with five of the six having the privilege to train with Austin Juniors Volleyball Club. I am finishing my freshman year of college with New Mexico State University, during the 2013 season we won the Western Athletic Conference and advanced in to the NCAA tournament. I am currently looking to transfer for fall 2014 to a competitive program that will push me to higher limits while allowing to push my teammates along with me. I am majoring in Elementary Education with a passion to inspire, encourage, and drive to learn from the students. I am preferably looking school with a great education program as well as a hard working volleyball program. In school I focus on maintaining my grades as well as maintaining a positive and determined work ethic in athletics. I strive to have a patient yet determined mind as well as a competitive and respectful heart on and off the court. I look forward to speaking with you.
