I am a junior athlete at Graham High School. I am a multi-sport athlete but my love is volleyball. I am six rotation player with each coach able to find my versatility very beneficial to the team. I am focusing this season in club ball on my defense but still play as a hitter as well as setter when needed. I plan to major Biomedical Science/Pre-Dental to best prepare me for a career as a dentist. I believe my work ethic stands out with a passion to be competitive while recognizing that it takes hard work to be successful. I have learned by playing high school volleyball, basketball, and track as well as club volleyball that managing my time is a critical component to success. One of my strongest assets is being a team leader and encourager. When we are having a difficult workout, practice, or game, my teammates look to me for encouragement to pull ourselves up and finish strong.
Not only do I compete on the court but in the classroom. I am ranked 18 out of 170 students. I have a 3.997 currently with every intention to get it to a 4.0 after this semester.
I am driven and passionate about the game. There is no other place that I would rather be than on a volleyball court. I recognize that will change over time but in this moment in my life, I want to continue to play the game that I love.
I am attaching my resume so that you may see my accomplishments over the last 3 years of high school. Thank you for your time.
