Hayley Allen '16 Recruiting Profile

My leadership skills have always been a characteristic that my coaches look to me to show on and off the court. I am constantly an example for my teammates and will work on something until I get it. I am passionate in everything I do. Anyone can write how great of player they are because they dive out for the ball and that they love to win and will work hard, but one characteristic I have that helps me is my heart. I care for every point as if it was my last. I care for the well being of my team and coaches. I care and love the the sport. I work so hard at it and don't mind because of the love and enjoyment I get in return.
