Hi, my name is Ella Nowlin and volleyball has been a part of my life since I was 9 years old. I love everything about the sport; working together on a team, the competition, and growing as an athlete. Over the last 8 years, I have learned  many life lessons through volleyball and  I apply in my everyday life. I believe in team first. A team takes our individual talents and puts them together to accomplish a goal.
