Overall Comments
Ayanna,
You are a very hard worker and fun to coach. I believe that you have a lot of potential to being a good setter. However there a few things you need to work hard on to grow and get to the next level. I think it is important that you start with and get lots of reps working on your hands and footwork. Gaining some upper-body strength and improving your quickness can go a long way in your development. Your defense has a solid foundation when you are in the correct location and ready for the ball, however it is important to be able to read the game and be able to get into the correct position consistently. Continue to work on your serve, you are close, however strength and technique especially with your toss and contact need to improve. You are quick and athletic, so you can get to a lot of balls, however you could benefit from adding physical strength. Continue to work hard on setting technique, specifically hand position and being square and balance.
