Maya Taylor '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is Maya Taylor and I am currentley  attend Saginaw High School located in Saginaw, Texas. I have been playing volleyball for four years now.  Three words to describe me are aggressive, motivating, and tough on and off the court. In the past I have been the starting middle position during middle school and my freshman year in high school. I am currentley moving from middle hitter to outside or right side hitter during the three years left I have in high school. I was named " Most Improved Player" my 2013-2014 high school season. I played my first year of club in 2014, and we placed 2nd four times out of six tournaments.  I plan to be on my schools varsity team starting my junior and senior year. 

My goal is to build up my athleticism and play competitive college volleyball. When I get to college I would like to major in sport and fitness management and study athletic training. Following my mother's footsteps who attended Tuskeegee University and got her bachelor of science.
