My name is Grace Witham and I am a DS/Libero for the class of 2023. I am a two-year varsity starter for my high school and was recently honored with the team’s defensive player of the year award. I have played six years of club volleyball in the Dallas area. I am a dedicated student-athlete. I give my all in the classroom and on the court. I was diagnosed with dyslexia when I was in the first grade. I learned very early in life that nothing comes easy and what it means to have to work hard. These lessons have greatly impacted me in volleyball and in the classroom. I want to pursue an education degree to impact the next generation. I want other children to know that they can accomplish anything even if it seems impossible. I have learned what it takes to overcome and want others to learn the same.
