Lauren Fogliani '24 Recruiting Profile

I fell in love with volleyball the second I began playing in 4th grade. I started to play club and at a competitive level and I dreamed about playing in college. I love playing competitive volleyball and challenging myself to grow as a player. I love game strategy and game planning with my coach and teammates. 

I enjoy volleyball as a team sport and I value the relationships I build with my teammates. Some of my closet friends are former teammates. I am team player who encourages and supports my teammates so everyone can be successful. I love playing in a competitive and positive atmosphere and work to be supportive to all those in my community. 

I am a player who always strives to be my best self on and off the court. I highly value my academics as I plan to pursue a career in the medical field. Discipline in school has taught me responsibility, hard work, time management, and leadership, which I  strive to transfer to the court everyday. 

Not only do I bring my talents and knowledge of volleyball to the court, but I also bring a hard work ethic, a desire to improve, a positive attitude, and a love for my teammates and the game.
