Lauren Hatfield '18 Recruiting Profile

Playing collegiate volleyball has never been an "option" in my mind. It is something that I have always needed to do from the beginning. I do not settle for good enough. I am a 6 rotation outside hitter and I constantly strive to improve every aspect of my game, as well as my personal and academic life, regardless of the circumstances. I do not make excuses. I have an unstoppable work ethic, an endless positive attitude and a passion to win. On the court I am quick, energetic and tenacious. Personally, I am quiet, compassionate and steady.  I am the player who will always dig a little deeper, never give up and encourage those around me to do the same. Most of all though, I love being part of a team. I thoroughly respect my coaches and always support my teammates, on and off the court.
