From my 4.0 GPA in a rigorous high-school program, to concerto competitions on the violin, to running and strength training all week-long, volleyball is my much-needed change of scene. It has made me stronger physically, and most importantly stronger mentally. Volleyball has taught me how to be vulnerable, whether that be in forging new friendships or coming back from a 24-1 deficit. Additionally, volleyball helps me develop my ambidextrous qualities, and I can now hit with boh of my hands.
