Madison Smith '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Madison Smith, I am currently a junior at Timberline High School, graduating June 2021. I have been playing volleyball since 6th grade, started club at 15 and have improved incredibly and I still am. I plan to go to a 4 year college, play volleyball, and study in the field of psychology or mathematics. I work hard in both academics and athletics, keeping myself busy and productive is very important. Outside of sports and school, I am a very social butterfly, I like to go on drives, walks, hikes, all sorts of things with friends, mostly active because my peers are also enrolled in athletics. I have high hopes for my future and always have since I was little. I excel in math and have a high interest for a social services career. Growing up I haven't been the easiest child for my parents, but everything I have been through has made me a better person today and has made me realize what I want for myself moving on in my life. Everything I am told, corrected on, or whatever may be the case, I try to make the best of the situation and figure out how to use the issue in a positive way. I am a very coach able athlete and display great leadership skills. Constantly I am checking up on my teammates making sure they are in a good place mentally and physically both on and off the court.
