Personal Statement
I am a person who drives to be better both in the classroom and on the court. I am a coachable athlete that works for success, and there is nothing better than finishing the process and being happy with your end result. I have always dreamt of playing volleyball in college. Volleyball is a tough sport that depends on decision making, positive body language, and communication. It is important that the ladies you play with know one another. I believe your character shows who you are and bases you on how well you play with each other and your performance on the court as a team as well. While playing, I am a very talkative person and always energized. The game of volleyball to me is not just the mentality of winning but being able to have fun while playing and putting a smile on your face. I believe this effectively changes the way athletes play as it does for me.
I attend Beloit Memorial High School and I have a 3.8 gpa. I am leaning towards Nursing as my major throughout my college career but still undecided. I am ranked 44th in my class out of 376 students. My academics have always been my first priority in the classroom.
