As a setter, you have to be the leader on the floor. Whether it's constantly communicating among your teammates, never letting a ball touch the floor, keeping your team in momentum with positive attitudes, or just keeping yourself calm and collected, is a difficult task for most. I believe I demonstrate these attributes on the court. I aspire to play higher level of volleyball knowing I possess these qualities within the sport. Being a humble, easy to coach player is an important characteristic of a collegiate athlete. If given the opportunity, I would be an asset to any team with my hard work, determination, and positive attitude on and off the court.
