Madalena Macht '16 Recruiting Profile

I am in my seventh year of club volleyball and have been a varsity starter from the time I entered high school (two years as a six rotation outside and one year as a libero).  For the past three years I have been one of 30 girls selected to attend the Badger Region High Performance Camp.  It has always been my goal to play volleyball at the highest level possible and my dream is to play in college.  

    The attributes that set me apart from other volleyball recruits are my work ethic, both on the court and in the classroom, and my leadership skills.  I train continuously, either on the court or in the weight room, and have recently begun playing sand volleyball to enhance my conditioning and all around skill set.  I am a leader on and off the court and am always the most vocal, and upbeat member of my team.

     I would be a great collegiate athlete because I have determination, leadership, and a strong passion for the game of volleyball.
