Amanda Baumann '24 Recruiting Profile

I began playing volleyball when I was 10 years old, and I began playing at a higher level on the 1's team at Wisconsin Juniors in 2019. I have always been very competitive, and I knew I needed a program that would challenge me, and help me strive to be a better athlete. Wisconsin Juniors has done just that. I have fallen even more in love with my sport, and become a better student as well, with a 4.0 GPA. I have been on Varsity since my sophomore year, earning an All Conference Honorable Mention, and leading my team to it's first State appearance in 26 years in 2021, and being a captain as a junior leading my team to a record of 39-5 and it's 3rd consecutive conference championship in 2022. I finished with the highest hitting percentage in the conference, and one of the top in the State. I am a very optimistic and positive teammate, and a competitive and hardworking athlete to coach.  I have a lot of passion for volleyball, and am looking for a college that challenges me both athletically and academically.
