Elizabeth Zurawski '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Elizabeth Zurawski, an incoming senior and one of the starting goalies for my high school and club team. I took a while to realize that water polo was my passion, but once I did, I dedicated my life to the sport. I’m still a swimmer, but it’s more for conditioning as I’m not planning to continue with the sport at a higher level. It’s one of my larger goals in life to play water polo at a collegiate level as I feel like I have plenty of room to improve both in and out of the water. As for academics, I plan to get a master’s degree in education and become an elementary school teacher.

Aside from water polo, I enjoy reading, writing, and drawing. I also love paleontology, hiking, playing outside with my dog, and playing volleyball with my siblings and cousins. I’m always open to trying new things, but at the same time prefer stability and routines. I try to use critiques and advice to my best advantage and have a coachable and amenable attitude.
