I was first introduced to wrestling my freshman year of high school. My main sport my whole life was soccer so I knew this was going to be a new and challenging experience for me, but I am always willing to try something new, learn new things, and to put everything I have into it. I fell in love with wrestling instantly. Wrestling isn't an easy sport but I found the fun in the hard practices and tough matches. One thing that all of my coaches can say about me is that I will never give up and I will always give 100% effort into every practice and match. I am an active listener and do my best to take in information and learn new skills from my coaches. I am not afraid to ask questions and if I do not understand something I am not afraid to ask and then drill it until it is perfect. Wrestling has also made me better in the classroom. I turn in all assignments on time and keep above average grades in my classes. I am also a respectful student with good relationships with all of my teachers. My goal is to continue my wrestling career in college and be the best I can. I would like to win individual titles as well as help my future team win titles as well.
