Personal Statement

I am a class of ‘25 grad, wrestling out of Mountainside High School and All Phase Wrestling Club in Oregon.

This past 2023-2024 season, I held a record of 46-2. In which I became a 2x regional champion and the OSAA 6A/5A girls' state champion at 115 pounds. In the spring/summer, I compete in freestyle, having been on the Oregon Women’s National Team for the past two years at 120 pounds. I am ranked #15 in the country at 125 pounds in the HS Girls Rankings by FLO/USA WRESTLING.

I have a 3.46 GPA (unweighted) and a 3.63 GPA (weighted), and I completed three IB courses this past year. For my senior year, I am taking one IB Course as well as one college course.

I am looking forward to college, both academically and athletically, and I'm excited to pursue these areas at the next level!

I went 5-0, ending with 4 pins and 1 major decision. In the finals, I competed against Me`Kala James (Central), who was a Fargo National Champion this past summer at 124 pounds. I came out on top with a 15-7 win, taking the title home at 125 pounds.

Training

All Around Training

In folkstyle season, I train five times a week and compete through my school. I also do three to five practices a week at my club during this time. During the preseason/freestyle season, I train four to six times a week at All Phase. In addition, I make sure to mix in other forms of cardio, strength training, and agility workouts into my schedule.
