I started wrestling when I was 7 and haven't stopped since I'd like to say I was an absolute protege right from the beginning, but honestly, it took me a long time to get even halfway decent. Participating in a primarily male-dominated sport I've had to overcome adversities of every kind. Throughout my middle school years, I participated in both cross country and track and field along with wrestling but once I got to high school I decided to focus my time on wrestling and academics. Even though wrestling is very important to me there are only two things more important, that is my family and academics. When it came time to enroll in high school I chose to go to Clackamas Middle College it’s a school that is designed to prepare students for college and eventually have them taking college courses. My goal is to graduate from high school with my associate's degree. In my free time, I enjoy being a volunteer coach at my old youth club. Wrestling has been the one thing in my life that has always been there no matter what, it has taught me many things and without it, I wouldn’t be the person I am today.
